False News LiveFeed API outage

From 13:34 CET to 15:43 CET the component "News LiveFeed API" was marked as "Major Outage".

Our automatic health check did not handle an unexpected reset in delivery IDs, causing the false "Major Outage" status. If your ID was reset, ensure to poll the status endpoint to get ahold of your new ID.
